MERCHANT | MYERS, INC. is a professional office specializing in Hospitality Design. Our staff has extensive experience in the design and execution of major international projects. Our work is totally coordinated with the effort of the Architect, Project Consultants and Engineers, and with the Operator. We have a complete understanding of the functions and needs of these respective team partners. Our services are geared to assist and compliment the project team in providing the Owner and Operator a professionally finished, totally design-integrated Hotel.

Our Services Include

Preliminary Planning and Concept Design
Teaming with the Architect and Operator to arrive at functional, integrated plans and designs that can be translated to imaginative, relevant interiors.
Final Design and Construction Documents
Translate concepts to final Interior Design and Plans for Owner's/Operator's approval with precise plans and details, coordinated with Architect and Contractor.
Furnishings Specifications
Precise specifications for loose furnishings within the predetermined budget for tender and eventual purchasing, shipping and installation.
Supervision of Construction
Coordination with the Architect and Operators and on-site supervision to guarantee proper adherence to quality and design standards.
Graphics and Uniform Design
Design of all signage and printed graphics and uniforms providing a total design-integrated facility.
